In 2017 Stefan served as the
1st Executive Director of BoysToMen/GirlsToWomen
in the San Francisco Bay Area and ran for over 5 years a BoysToMen Chapter in his home town Santa Barbara. As the BTM Director of Development he supported the launch of BTM chapters in various regions around the planet.

NOW IN TULSA, OKLAHOMA!
As students in America are returning to in-person classes, their mental health status needs additional attention. GenDerations is a perfect program to facilitate the
re-integration of students and to identify the ones, who are struggling.
GenDerations Founder Stefan Hermann has been awarded membership in the Tulsa Remote program and offers training to peer mentors and adults to built a sustainable program collaborating with other Tulsa institutions.
